雪櫃唔凍點算
常見故障What to do if the refrigerator is not cooling
自行處理方法 / Self-handling methods：
- 檢查溫度設定是否過高，調至適當溫度（冷藏3-5°C，冷凍-18°C）
- 確認雪櫃門是否關緊，門封條是否損壞或有異物
- 清理散熱網/冷凝器的灰塵，確保通風良好
- 不要過度塞滿食物，保留適當通風空間

雪櫃上格凍下格唔凍維修
風道問題Refrigerator upper compartment cold, lower compartment not cooling
自行處理方法 / Self-handling methods：
- 檢查風道口是否被食物擋住，確保風道出風正常
- 確認溫控旋鈕/按鈕是否調整正確，風速設定是否合適
- 檢查是否有結冰堵塞風道，需關機除霜
- 確認循環風扇是否運作（聽是否有風扇轉動聲）

雪櫃壓縮機轉但唔凍
製冷系統Refrigerator compressor running but not cooling
自行處理方法 / Self-handling methods：
- 檢查散熱器是否堵塞，徹底清潔灰塵和雜物
- 確認雪櫃周圍有足夠散熱空間（至少10cm）
- 檢查是否近期放入大量熱食，導致負荷過大
- 關閉雪櫃門，觀察2-4小時是否恢復製冷
此故障多為製冷劑洩漏或壓縮機效率下降，建議專業檢修
雪櫃完全唔製冷維修
嚴重故障Refrigerator completely not cooling
自行處理方法 / Self-handling methods：
- 檢查電源插頭是否插緊，插座是否有電
- 確認溫控器是否調至正確位置，並非處於關閉狀態
- 檢查保險絲/漏電斷路器是否跳閘
- 確認雪櫃是否處於除霜模式，等待除霜完成
完全不製冷多為壓縮機故障、電路問題或製冷系統故障，需立即聯繫維修
